Use

Used for the bonding of the screen and the frame when the screen printing screen is used.

Performance characteristics

Instructions   

The customer may dilute the product by adding an appropriate amount of solvent depending on the application.

※New frame:

First check the flatness, the surface is required to be smooth, no burrs, and then a layer of adhesive mesh is pre-coated on the frame grinding surface with a brush. (Note: the primer should not be too thick. After it is completely dry, carry out the net.

※Old frame:

Use the same type of adhesive mesh, as long as the wire is torn off, check the flatness, you can directly open the net.

To use different adhesives, the primer must be cleaned. (Because the two adhesives are mixed, it will cause the phenomenon of off-net.) The subsequent method is the same as the new frame.

After Zhanghao.com, in the case that the frame and the screen are tightly combined, the glue is applied again. Before the glue is not completely dried, it is scraped with a scraper and can be dried by a fan.

The drying time is approximately 20 minutes.

Precautions

1. After use, close the cap to prevent evaporation and store in a cool, dark and ventilated place.

2. This product is supplied with a volatile solvent. It should be ventilated during operation and put on gloves and a mask.

3. This product is flammable, please keep away from fire.
