ME Squeegee

ME squeegee blade with strong solvent resistant

This squeegee rubber is excellent solvent resistance against ink or paste which uses pyrrolidone or DMF as solvent. Hardness 60-70-80°are available.

WS cut・squeegee

Squeegee cut to best shape for silver paste coating.

In order to get the best printing result, other than base ink and stencil, squeegee condition is very important.

「WS cut」 with grinding finishing is the ideal shape for squeegee.



About shape

During high resolution printing with high viscoelasticity printing paste or ink, or high-definition circuit printing which needs uniform coating, squeegee needs enough force at the same time quick shearing force in order to do uniform printing.



※Remain attachment angle as 70°, reduce angle of attack.


About squeegee

  • Reduce actual angle of attack and increase 「filling force」(about45~50°)

  • To maintain uniformity, keep rubber leg long in order to keep 「Elasticity」.

  • Right angle grinding of squeegee tip has advantage on smooth scratching of ink paste on plate.
