Product Application Scope
Suitable for high-precision electronic products such as PCBs, FPCs, mobile phone covers, solar cell back electrodes/back aluminum, as well as fine line and halftone screen printing. Excellent solvent resistance, particularly suitable for encapsulation of electronic components including PCBs, MLCCs, LTCCs, LCDs, and solar cells. Good peelability enables repeated plate replication.

It is recommended to perform a secondary exposure after development, which can effectively improve print durability and enhance peelability.
Instructions for Use
Dissolve the included diazonium powder in cold or lukewarm water before adding it to the emulsion. Use a mixer to thoroughly blend the emulsion with the diazonium compound (standard water requirements: 90 cc for 1 kg containers, 450 cc for 5 kg drums; adjust viscosity based on dilution volume). After mixing, allow the emulsion to settle for several hours (preferably over 6 hours). Use only after bubbles have completely dissipated (applying the photosensitive emulsion before defoaming may cause pinholes).
After emulsion coating, dry the screen in warm air below 40°C to reduce drying time. Note that excessive heat may cause localized thermal curing.
After use, filter the emulsion through a mesh screen to prevent contamination from dust or foreign particles.
Store emulsions in a cool, dark location. Emulsions containing diazo compounds must be stored in a refrigerator.
Prioritize dimensional accuracy; allowing the screen to rest for one day before printing yields superior results.
Post-exposure after drying enhances scrub resistance (exposure time should be half that of the primary exposure).

Storage and Transportation
Transport using clean trucks. Stack individual packages no higher than five layers, with the bottom layer secured using anti-slip pallets to prevent crushing, deformation, or tipping.
Ensure proper sealing, avoid direct sunlight, and keep away from high heat.
Unopened and unsensitized, the shelf life is 12 months.
