• KEY-192 Eco-Friendly Hydrocarbon Cleaner is a colorless, transparent liquid with excellent cleaning properties that does not corrode various metal materials.

• With moderate volatility, it is suitable for manual wiping on plastic surfaces or other quick-drying surfaces. It possesses strong cleaning power while preserving the original surface luster of metals. It exhibits high dissolution efficiency for colloids, resins, and oil residues without corroding metals, featuring rapid evaporation and minimal residue. This product offers outstanding comprehensive performance, effectively enhancing cleaning efficiency, reducing cleaning costs, and protecting both the environment and worker health.

• This product is suitable for cleaning contaminants in the processing of electronic components, steel, copper, aluminum, zinc, stainless steel, magnesium alloys, and other products. It is also used for equipment maintenance, mold soaking, machine wiping, and pre/post-spraying wiping.

Precautions

• Avoid contact with eyes. If splashed into eyes, lift eyelids and rinse thoroughly with running water or saline solution.

• Do not ingest. If swallowed, remain at rest and seek immediate medical attention.

• Wear chemical-resistant gloves during handling to prevent excessive skin degreasing.

• Containers and pipelines holding this product must be clean. Do not mix with other solvents.

• This product may ignite when exposed to open flames or high heat. Avoid high temperatures and direct sunlight. Implement static electricity prevention measures at the workplace.

• This product is flammable and explosive. Smoking is strictly prohibited at the workplace.

• The workplace where this product is used must be well-ventilated.

Transportation and storage  

Transport as non-hazardous chemicals and non-corrosive chemicals. 

Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat, and in an airtight container. 

Shelf life is 12 months when sealed. 

Single packages must not be stacked more than two layers, and the bottom layer must be secured with a non-slip tray to prevent squeezing, deformation, or tipping.
