Product Application

Purpose: For bonding the screen fabric to the frame during screen printing.

Characteristics: Yellow gel-like adhesive.

Instructions for Use

Customers may add an appropriate amount of solvent to dilute this product based on usage requirements.

New Screen Frames:

First inspect the frame for flatness. The surface must be smooth and free of burrs. Then apply a layer of screen adhesive to the prepared surface of the frame using a brush. (Note: The base coat should not be too thick. Allow it to dry completely before proceeding with screen stretching.)

Used Screen Frames:

Use the same type of screen adhesive. Simply remove the old screen, inspect the frame for flatness, and proceed directly with stretching the new screen.

If using a different adhesive, the base layer must be thoroughly removed (as mixing adhesives may cause mesh detachment). Subsequent steps follow the new frame procedure. After stretching the mesh, apply adhesive while ensuring tight contact between frame and mesh. Before the adhesive fully dries, use a squeegee to press it firmly into place. A fan may be used to accelerate drying, which typically takes about 20 minutes.

Important Notes

After use, tightly close the cap to prevent evaporation and store in a cool, dark, well-ventilated area.

This product contains volatile solvents. Ensure adequate ventilation during use and wear gloves and a mask.

This product is flammable. Keep away from sources of ignition.

Storage and Transportation

Transport using clean trucks. Stack individual packages no higher than five layers, with the bottom layer secured using anti-slip pallets to prevent crushing, deformation, or tipping.

Ensure proper sealing, avoid direct sunlight, and keep away from high heat.

Unopened shelf life: 12 months.
