Product Description

This product is a transparent, two-component, environmentally friendly mesh adhesive featuring fast drying, strong bonding strength, solvent resistance, and minimal tension loss. It is suitable for aluminum alloy and other metal mesh frames.

Configuration Ratio

Adhesive: Hardener = 100:20 

Thinner ratio: 20–40% (adjust according to actual conditions)

Instructions for Use

• Mix the screen adhesive with the hardener in a 100:20 ratio and blend thoroughly. The prepared adhesive must be used within 4 hours.

• Using a screen stretcher, directly stretch the selected screen onto the frame (for new frames used for the first time, roughen and degrease the surface with a file or sandpaper; To enhance adhesion with the adhesive, new frames may be pre-coated with a layer of hardener). Adjust the screen tension to a level suitable for printing. Apply the adhesive to the areas requiring bonding, allowing it to flow through the mesh openings to bond with the frame (screens below 80 mesh or above 250 mesh require a primer coat first). Use a squeegee to spread any excess adhesive evenly across the bonding area. After application, allow the screen to rest for at least 20 minutes or longer until fully dry (the glued area should no longer be tacky to the touch). The screen can then be removed from the stretching frame for use.

• Thinner applications dry faster. Drying speed depends on mesh count, adhesive thickness, room temperature, and airflow.

• After 1 hour of drying, the adhesive exhibits considerable water and solvent resistance. Optimal performance is achieved after 24 hours of curing.

Important Notes

Ensure the container for mixing the adhesive is clean and dry.

Ensure the adhesive mixing ratio is correct. Mixed adhesive must be used within 4 hours.

If the adhesive viscosity feels too high, dilute it with KEY-P20 thinner.

Immediately seal and store any unused adhesive mixture with the hardener.

Storage and Transportation

Transport using clean trucks. Stack individual packages no higher than five layers, with the bottom layer secured using anti-slip pallets to prevent crushing, deformation, or tipping.

Ensure proper sealing, avoid direct sunlight, and keep away from high heat.

Unopened shelf life: 12 months.
