Product Application

KEY-111 Screen-Printable Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive; Precisely matched to replace imported pressure-sensitive adhesives, this product employs the latest synthetic process, formed from acrylic ester polymers into a high-molecular compound.

This adhesive is non-toxic, odorless, and environmentally friendly. It offers excellent temperature and water resistance, with superior bonding performance on metals and plastics (such as ABS, PVC, PC, PET, PMMA, etc.). It does not corrode inks or other materials, provides outstanding printability for detailed patterns, and can replace double-sided tape, significantly reducing costs.

Instructions for Use

Spraying: Thoroughly mix KEY-P10 thinner according to the specified ratio (refer to the appendix). Apply 3 to 5 even coats onto the adhesive surface of KEY-111, allowing 10 to 30 minutes between each coat.

Screen Printing: Thoroughly mix and dilute KEY-P10 Thinner (refer to appendix for ratio). Apply using a 140T (350 mesh) to 165T (420 mesh) screen onto the adhesive surface of KEY-111. Allow the adhesive layer to fully cure before peeling off the release paper.

Thinner Addition Ratio

Spraying: Add 5–8 parts by weight of spray-specific thinner to 1 part by weight of KEY-111. Mix thoroughly until adhesive sprays as a fine mist.

Screen Printing: KEY-111 is a screen-printable adhesive suitable for direct screen printing. During printing, solvent evaporation may increase viscosity; add a small amount of thinner as needed. Alternatively, add 10-15% thinner before printing for easier application.

Drying Time

At room temperature (25°C), requires over 4 hours.

At 50°C oven drying: Spray application requires 0.5 hours; screen printing requires 1 hour, followed by 1 hour air drying.

Packaging Specifications

Storage and Transportation

Transport using clean trucks. Stack individual packages no higher than five layers, with the bottom layer secured using anti-slip pallets to prevent crushing, deformation, or tipping.

Ensure proper sealing, avoid direct sunlight, and keep away from high heat.

Unopened and unsensitized, the shelf life is 12 months.
