Natural Drying: 3 to 4 hours

Note: The color change of the adhesive (from white to transparent) can also serve as an indicator of whether the adhesive has dried. Operating temperature after film formation: -20°C to 80°C.

Mesh count: #45 to #100.
Mesh tension: 14 to 18 N.
Coating adhesive (water-resistant acrylic or diazonium-based coating adhesive, thickness: 30 µm to 70 µm).

Rinse the screen, squeegee, and equipment with water to remove residual adhesive.
Dry adhesive must be removed using solvents such as methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), white mineral oil, ethyl acetate, or isopropyl alcohol.
Gently wipe both sides of the mesh openings with a soft cloth dampened with solvent to remove residual adhesive trapped within the mesh.

Storage and Transportation
Store in an environment with temperatures between 5°C and 25°C to prevent the adhesive from freezing. Once frozen, it cannot be used.
Transport using clean trucks. Stack individual packages no higher than five layers, securing lower layers with anti-slip pallets to prevent crushing, deformation, or tipping.
Ensure proper sealing, avoid direct sunlight, and keep away from high heat sources.
Unopened product has a 12-month shelf life. Storage duration shortens when ambient temperatures exceed 40°C (104°F).
