ZK-204-0035 Developer System Cleaner, suitable for daily cleaning and maintenance of all types of domestic and imported film processors in PCB factories; features an advanced eco-friendly formula with excellent cleaning efficiency, rapidly removing residue from developer tanks. Its safe, non-hazardous composition causes no damage to equipment components and meets environmental standards.

To prepare 1 liter of cleaning solution: Require 875 milliliters of warm water (18-32°C) + 125 milliliters of neutralizing solution concentrate.

Transportation and Storage

This product is not classified as hazardous chemicals and should be transported as general cargo. Prior to shipment, inspect packaging containers for integrity and seal integrity.

Store at ambient temperature, avoiding direct sunlight and high heat sources.

Shelf life is 12 months when sealed.

Transport using clean freight vehicles. Stack individual packages no higher than three layers, with lower layers secured on anti-slip pallets to prevent crushing, deformation, or tipping.
