
Product Overview
ZK-108-0001 Fixing System Cleaner is a new eco-friendly cleaning solution with neutral pH that does not corrode mechanical components. The cleaner can be reused 2 to 3 times. This product is suitable for cleaning film processors, CTP plates, and PS plate processors.
Steps for Cleaning the Fixing Tank Using a Circulation Device
Drain the bleach fixer solution and thoroughly rinse the tank and circulation system with warm water.
Pour the prepared fixer cleaner directly into the fixer tank. Activate the circulation pump and heating to circulate the solution until the system is clean. After at least 30 minutes of cleaning, drain the tank and circulation system, then thoroughly rinse with warm water.
If necessary, remove the roller assembly and gently scrub the rollers with a soft brush moistened with the cleaning solution. For heavy deposits, solid roller assemblies may be soaked overnight. However, hollow roller assemblies must not be soaked; instead, remove the assembly and gently brush the rollers with a soft brush moistened with the cleaning solution.
Soaking temperature must not exceed 80°C (176°F) and should not exceed 72 hours. Establishing a routine cleaning schedule is more effective than waiting until heavy deposits form.
Fixing Solution Refill Tank and Pipeline Cleaning Procedure
Drain and thoroughly rinse the replenish tank and pipes with warm water (the developer tank should also be drained, or already filled with cleaning solution).
Pour the prepared developer cleaning solution directly into the replenish tank. Scrub the tank walls with a soft brush moistened with cleaning solution.
Turn on the replenishment pump to circulate the fixing solution through the pipes into the fixing working tank. Then turn off the replenishment pump and ensure the system soaks for at least 30 minutes. Drain the cleaning solution from both the working tank and replenishment tank, or extract it from the replenishment tank. Thoroughly rinse the replenishment tank and working tank with warm water. Simultaneously, turn on the replenishment pump to thoroughly flush the pipes.
Cleaning Procedure for Sink and Sink Rack
Close the drain valve.
Pour the prepared fixing solution cleaner directly into the fixing tank. Activate the circulation pump and heating to circulate the solution until the system is clean. If necessary, remove the roller assembly and gently scrub the rollers with a soft brush moistened with the cleaning solution. Drain the tank and thoroughly rinse it with warm water.
For heavy deposits, solid roller trays may be soaked overnight. However, hollow roller trays must not be soaked. Remove the tray and gently scrub the rollers with a soft brush moistened with working solution. Soaking temperature must not exceed 80°C (176°F) and must not exceed 72 hours. Caution: Gloves, mask, and protective clothing must be worn.

Transportation and Storage
Transport as general cargo.
Store at room temperature.
Keep sealed, avoid direct sunlight, and keep away from high heat.
Shelf life: 12 months when sealed.
Transport in clean trucks. Stack individual packages no higher than three layers, with the bottom layer secured on anti-slip pallets to prevent crushing, deformation, or tipping.
