Product Description
KEY-202 Cleaner contains no ozone-depleting substances (ODS) and no substances prohibited by regulations such as RoHS, making it an environmentally friendly cleaner.
It offers excellent cleaning power and fast cleaning speed, making it an ideal cleaner for the electronics industry.
This product is suitable for post-soldering cleaning of PCBA and cleaning of SMT printing screens. It can also be used to clean misprinted or incorrectly printed solder paste and adhesive PCB boards. It does not corrode metal or plastic products and can be used with various cleaning processes such as ultrasonic cleaning, spray cleaning, and manual cleaning.

How to use
Ultrasonic Cleaning: Adjust the ultrasonic vibration frequency and maintain an appropriate cleaning temperature to optimize the cleaning solution's performance. Ensure parts are fully submerged in the cleaning solution with adequate spacing between them.
Spray Cleaning: Adjust the cleaning solution flow rate and spray pressure while maintaining an appropriate cleaning temperature to optimize the cleaning solution's performance. Parts should pass through the optimal atomization zone.
Manual Cleaning: Apply cleaning solution to the surface of the item using an anti-static brush, lint-free cloth, or toothbrush. Scrub repeatedly to remove dissolved contaminants.
Soak Cleaning: Place the cleaning solution in a suitable container. The item to be cleaned should be fully submerged in the solution.
Replacement Frequency: After prolonged use, residue buildup in the cleaning solution reduces cleaning efficacy and compromises part cleanliness. Regularly replenish or replace the solution in the tank (based on part volume).
Cleaning Duration: Recommended 5–30 minutes, depending on specific cleaning process and cleanliness requirements.
Precautions
After opening and removing the portion for use, the cap must be tightly closed to prevent the cleaning agent from evaporating.
Used cleaning agents should not be stored in the same container as unused cleaning agents.
After opening the cleaning agent container, if there is any remaining cleaning agent, it should not be left exposed to air; the cap should be tightened as soon as possible.
The container for the cleaning agent must be kept clean to prevent dirt and other substances from mixing into the cleaning agent and affecting its quality.

Transportation and storage
Transport as non-hazardous and non-corrosive chemicals, and store at room temperature.
Keep sealed, avoid direct sunlight and high heat.
The product is sealed and has a 12-month warranty period.
Single packages must not be stacked more than two layers, and the bottom layer must be secured with a non-slip tray to prevent squeezing, deformation, or tipping.
