Scope of application

This product is suitable for post-soldering cleaning of PCBA and cleaning of SMT printing screens; it can also be used for cleaning misprinted or incorrectly printed solder paste, glue, and soldering equipment; it has no corrosive effect on metal and plastic products; it can be used with various cleaning processes such as ultrasonic, spray, and manual cleaning.

How to use


  • Ultrasonic Cleaning: Adjust the ultrasonic vibration frequency and maintain an appropriate cleaning temperature to optimize the cleaning solution's performance. Ensure parts are fully submerged in the cleaning solution with adequate spacing between them. 

  • Spray Cleaning: Adjust the cleaning solution flow rate and spray pressure, maintaining an appropriate cleaning temperature to optimize the cleaning solution's performance. Parts should pass through the optimal atomization zone. 

  • Manual Cleaning: Apply cleaning solution to the surface of the item using an anti-static brush, lint-free cloth, or toothbrush. Scrub repeatedly to remove dissolved contaminants, ensuring no cleaning solution residue remains on the surface. 

  • Soak Cleaning: Place the cleaning solution in a suitable container. The item being cleaned should be fully submerged in the cleaning solution. 

  • Replacement Frequency: After prolonged use, residue buildup in the cleaning solution reduces cleaning efficacy and compromises part cleanliness. Regularly replenish or replace the solution in the tank (based on part volume). 

  • Cleaning Duration: Recommended range: 30.0 (seconds) to 240.0 minutes, determined by specific cleaning process and cleanliness requirements.


Precautions

After removing the portion of this product for use, the lid must be tightly secured to prevent the cleaning agent from evaporating. 

Used cleaning agent must not be stored in the same container as unused cleaning agent. Once opened, if any cleaning agent remains in the container, it must not be left exposed to air; the lid should be tightly screwed on promptly. 

Keep containers holding cleaning agents clean to prevent contamination from dirt or other substances, which may compromise product quality. 

Before use, test for compatibility and solubility with printed silk screens, plastic materials, and related components. 

Ensure adequate ventilation at the work site as cleaning agents are highly volatile.
