Product Features

• PCB screen printing inks and solder resist accumulate over time, building up on the screen frame. This ink residue cannot be removed using traditional solvents like anti-whitening agent (ethylene glycol monobutyl ether) or acetone. Mechanical methods such as scraping or abrasion also fail to achieve thorough cleaning.

• CLEANER3# Screen Frame Cleaner is a novel solvent developed by our company specifically for cleaning screen frames. It is suitable for cleaning various types of metal screen frames without damaging the metal surface.

• Direct immersion with a short soaking time saves time and effort. It has a low odor, is easy to rinse off, requires no heating, and reduces energy waste.

Physicochemical Parameters

How to use  

• Clean the tank thoroughly, then add 100% undiluted CLEANER 3# solution at room temperature.

• Place the screen frame directly into the solution and soak for 10-30 minutes (adjust based on ink buildup thickness on the frame surface).

• Wipe with a rag or brush, then rinse thoroughly with water.

• Addition: When the cleaning solution is depleted and the tank level drops, replenish the solution to maintain the proper level.

• Tank Replacement Frequency: Replace the tank solution when screen cleaning time extends to 2-3 hours or when excessive ink buildup occurs.

• Typically, one tank can clean 1000-3000 screens.

• Ventilation: Required. Ensure the operating environment is open and well-ventilated.

Transportation and storage  

Transport as non-hazardous chemicals and non-corrosive chemicals. 

Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat, and in an airtight container. 

Shelf life is 12 months when sealed. 

Single packages must not be stacked more than two layers, and the bottom layer must be secured with a non-slip tray to prevent squeezing, deformation, or tipping.
