CLEANER 5# is suitable for cleaning various dirt, metal shavings, lubricating grease, and fingerprints generated in metal parts during processes such as die casting, stamping, cutting, and heat treatment. It is widely used in various metal parts in industries such as auto parts, rail transportation, home appliances, and machining.

Physicochemical Parameters

How to use  

• Mix CLEANER5# detergent with deionized water thoroughly to prepare a working solution with a CLEANER5# concentration of 5.0–10.0% (by mass).

• The cleaning duration is 2–45 minutes, with specific timing adjusted according to the requirements of the product being cleaned.

• Optimal temperature for cleaning and rinsing solutions is 45–60°C. Adjust duration based on product requirements.

• After extended cleaning periods, residual buildup in the cleaning solution reduces cleaning efficacy and compromises part cleanliness. Regularly replenish or replace the cleaning solution in the tank based on actual usage (determined by the number of parts cleaned).

• After extended rinsing periods, accumulated detergent in the rinse solution may reduce cleaning effectiveness. Regular replenishment or replacement of the rinse solution is required based on actual usage (determined by the quantity of parts being cleaned).

• For parts requiring rust prevention, use our CLEANER8# water-based rust inhibitor for rinsing.

Precautions

• This product is a specialized cleaning agent that must be prepared with deionized water to form the working solution. The cleaning solution must not be mixed with other cleaning agents.

• After opening the product and using a portion, the cap must be tightly secured to prevent the cleaning agent from evaporating.

• Do not store used and unused cleaning agents in the same container. If any cleaning agent remains in the container after opening, do not leave it exposed to air; tighten the cap immediately.

• Keep containers holding the cleaning agent clean to prevent contamination from dirt or other substances, which may affect the cleaning agent's quality.

• Separation or cloudiness after prolonged storage is normal. Shake well before use for optimal results.

• Ensure no cleaning agent residue remains on glass surfaces after rinsing.

• After extended cleaning periods, adding the recommended defoamer will enhance foam suppression.

Transportation and storage  

Transport as non-hazardous chemicals and non-corrosive chemicals. 

Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat, and in an airtight container. 

Shelf life is 12 months when sealed. 

Single packages must not be stacked more than two layers, and the bottom layer must be secured with a non-slip tray to prevent squeezing, deformation, or tipping.
