How to use

  • Cleaning is typically performed using ultrasonic or spray methods, with a small portion utilizing immersion and manual scrubbing.Cleaning duration ranges from 5 to 30 minutes, with specific timing adjusted according to product requirements. The optimal temperature for cleaning and rinsing solutions is maintained between 45–55°C, with specific durations adjusted according to the requirements of the items being cleaned.

  • After a period of cleaning, residue buildup in the cleaning solution reduces cleaning efficacy, leading to poorer cleanliness of parts post-cleaning. Based on actual usage, cleaning agents in the tanks should be periodically replenished or replaced (determined by the quantity of steel screens being cleaned).

  • After a period of rinsing, the concentration of cleaning agent in the rinse solution increases, leading to reduced cleanliness of the cleaned parts. Based on practical experience, it is recommended to replace the rinse solution every 2 to 4 hours (depending on the number of steel screens being cleaned).

Transportation and storage  

Transport as non-hazardous chemicals and non-corrosive chemicals. 

Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat, and in an airtight container. 

Shelf life is 12 months when sealed. 

Single packages must not be stacked more than two layers, and the bottom layer must be secured with a non-slip tray to prevent squeezing, deformation, or tipping.
