Product Description

KEY-222 Hejing electronic nanocoating offers transparent or custom-colored options. Compared to traditional coatings, this product features a simpler pretreatment process and excellent adhesion to various substrates.

  • Can be used as a primer, applied directly to untreated light metal substrates.

  • Offers exceptional corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance.

  • Resists dust accumulation, facilitates easy cleaning and maintenance, while delivering outstanding scratch resistance.

  • Supports surface coloring and decorative customization to achieve metallic finishes.

  • Meets stringent dimensional accuracy requirements from multiple dimensions.

  • Combines high-temperature protection with resistance to sudden temperature changes, adapting to complex thermal environments.

  • Effectively reduces coating costs, requiring only about one-tenth the paint volume per unit area compared to conventional coatings.

  • Dual Excellence in Heat Dissipation and Cleanliness: When applied to radiator surfaces, it enhances heat dissipation efficiency by 5-20%. Simultaneously, surfaces resist dust and scale buildup, with an oil repellency angle of 95° for effortless cleaning and remarkable stain resistance.

  • Easy Application and Color Customization: Supports simple processes like spraying and immersion coating. Can be combined with inorganic pigments to create colored coatings.

Transport as non-hazardous chemicals and non-corrosive chemicals. 

Store away from light and heat.
