Product Description

  • KEY-223 Hejing electronic nanocoating is specifically designed for coating electronic circuit surfaces, forming a highly transparent protective film. This coating possesses fluorescent tracer properties, clearly developing under ultraviolet light, facilitating intuitive assessment of the coating's coverage and uniformity.

  • The coating can effectively resist corrosion from complex working conditions such as humidity, smoke, chemical corrosion, high dust, and mechanical vibration, providing all-round protection for circuit boards from damage, significantly improving the reliability of circuit board operation and the safety factor of electronic components, thereby extending the overall service life of electronic devices and ensuring long-term stable and safe operation of equipment. 


Product Features

  • Its superior protective performance effectively protects circuit boards and various electronic components from external environmental corrosion, significantly improving product reliability and extending service life; it also has excellent anti-corrosion, anti-rust, and moisture-proof properties, as well as stable electrical performance and thermal stability.

  • The thickness of the ultra-thin waterproof coating can be controlled between 80-150nm, achieving excellent waterproof performance while maintaining an ultra-thin coating thickness.

  • The rapid curing process has a fast curing speed. When using the immersion process, FPC cables and power strips do not require additional shielding. They only need to be immersed for 3 seconds and left to stand for 3 minutes to complete the curing process.

  • Easy to repair: No need to remove the original coating during repair; it can be directly welded. After welding, simply reapply the product to quickly restore the complete protective coating.

  • The visual inspection design features ultraviolet fluorescence detection. After coating, the coating will exhibit a fluorescent effect when irradiated with ultraviolet light, making it easy to visually inspect the uniformity of the coating.

  • Products with safe and environmentally friendly properties are non-flammable and have low toxicity, meeting the requirements for safe and environmentally friendly use.
