KEY-No.3 Degreaser

Product Application

KEY-No.3 Degreaser is a light blue liquid applied to the screen before coating to remove surface oils, thereby enhancing screen quality and reducing printing defects.

Product Features

Effectively removes grease, reduces mesh pinholes, and enhances adhesion between photosensitive emulsion and screen mesh.

Instructions for Use

Apply the diluted degreaser to both the P-side and S-side of the screen using a sponge or cloth, wiping evenly.

Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Important Notes

After degreasing, do not touch the screen with your hands to avoid recontamination.

Store this product in a dry, dark place.

This product is irritating to skin. If it accidentally comes into contact with skin, rinse thoroughly with water.

Storage and Transportation

Store at 5–20°C. If the adhesive freezes, thawing it before use will not affect its performance.

Transport in clean trucks. Stack individual packages no higher than five layers, securing the bottom layer with anti-slip pallets to prevent crushing, deformation, or tipping.

Keep sealed, avoid direct sunlight, and store away from high heat.

Unopened shelf life: 12 months.
